Shipping
Shipping costs for orders from pcclinic.com.ph depend upon the method and option you choose.
Delivery Time
When you place an order, PC CLINIC will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of the items and the shipping options you choose. You will receive a phone call from PC CLINIC when your order is ready for shipping.
Return Policy
• All sales are final. There will be ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS.
• PC CLINIC do not offer a cash refund or an exchange. No return of purchased items for a refund or credit.
• Returns will be accepted only if the purchased items is defective. See WARRANTY POLICY for details.
Warranty Policy:
• For defective items sold within 1 month, PC CLINIC will replace the defective items subject to stock availability.
• For defective items sold more than 1 month, no replacement of items, the defective items will be sent to the Distributor for Service or Replacement, subject to the Distributor warranty policy.
• No Warranty for any Software Problems such as Virus/Malware infection, Corruption of Partitions, Data Lost, System/Software Crash, Bugs or Software/Drivers Conflict, etc.
• No service unit will be loaned to Customer.
• Items that have been dented, burnt or the warranty stickers have been tampered with in any way shall not be honored.
• The defective items must be send back to PC CLINIC for Service or Replacement. The cost of shipping or delivery of the items should be shouldered by the customer.
PC CLINIC reserves the right to decline any return or replacement when deemed necessary.
